We would like to welcome Yvonne Seery to our Design Team.  Unfortunately, Denise has had to step down due to family commitments and I would like to take this opportunity to thank her for all the great work she produced over her term.  To fill this gap we found the lovely and talented Yvonne and I just finished posting some photos of her work in her photo gallery so be sure and check it out.  Yvonne's style is subtle but layered with technique and her work is always stunning!!! I can not wait to see what she will create whilst on the Design Team.  One of the first projects we gave her was the new MDF Christmas Tree from Twiddleybitz, and she created this little wonder.....

More New Eye Candy

Hi - back again with what was in the boxes that were delivered on Wednesday.  There was lots of yummy items from Maya Road.  Here is a small sample...

We also received 2 Making Memories Desktop Carousels.  The price on these is $99.95, however, 1 arrived damaged with a dent in it and a couple of scratches.  Rather that pack it up and send it all they way back we are going to discount the damaged one.  It will be for sale for $59.95 (no refunds or exchanges) so if you are interested call in and see me - I will be here all weekend!!
 
 
 
 

New Product has arrived!!!!

Again Miss Mardi will have the joy of unpacking 2 new ranges this morning.  Okay, so I opened the boxes and had a sneak peak late yesterday and I liked what I saw!!!

 Remember this is only a sneak peak.  I can't control myself and usually bring in all the matching accessories and paper so there is heaps more eye candy in the store!!

We have 1 vacancy in our Bug Night Scrap Attack this Friday night (23 Oct) if you feel like a night of Cricut Love!  This is a night where you can bring along your Cricut and projects and complete them with a bunch of Cricut loving people.  You also get to play with our cartridges and of course pick Lou's Cricut brains on the evening!!!

There is still a few vacancies in our 12 hour Scrap Attack on this Satruday (24 Oct) which runs from 10.00am to 10.00pm.  Why not treat yourself to 12 hours of unlimited scrapping.  Both Scrap Attacks cost $10 - for further info please call the store on 9417 3665.

Kaiser Q2 is out of the Box!!

Hi All,

Mardi worked extra hard yesterday to unpack the boxes from Kaiser so we now have 4 new ranges from Kaiser for your enjoyment.  But, there are 6 i hear you say!  Yes we did not order 2 and we may or may not bring these ranges in later.  The reason for this is that Kaisercraft have changed order minimums,so that now we have to order 25 of each paper and not 10.  With embellishments we have to order 5 instead of 3.  This means that if we are not sure about a range we can not test it by ordering 10 of the papers to try. 25 sheets is a lot to have sitting on the shelf if it dosn't sell. 

We also did not order the complete range of accessories to go with the papers, as we noticed that last time some of them did not sell.  Because of this Kaisercraft held our order  for release until last week.  This is another "Kaisercraft" change - if you order the complete range with all accessories you will get it in the first week of release, if you don't YOU HAVE TO WAIT.

With each of the 4 ranges we have the diecuts, black rubons, embellishment packs (new) and the stamps so here is a peak at what is waiting for you.

Yay School is back!!! Why not come and enjoy a class!!!

Well - I am excited because it is back to school tomorrow and let me say I will be enjoying it!!  I am also excited because I am going on a RETREAT this weekend!! I will actually be a customer and not helping to run it - so that is why I am excited!!  On the downside I have not yet organised my scrapbooking kits - I have 2 days at home this week and loads of photos to print so I better get busy.

While I am away Lou (aided by Sandie & Tanya) will be looking after the store, but you guys need to help me by keeping them busy by booking into the classes on the weekend.  We have the following vacancies in the classes on this week...

Just Cricut Fun

Let Lou loose and you never know what will happen!!  These cute cards use 3 different cartridges and feature the gorgeous browns and warm reds from “Town Square” by Jenni Bowlin.  You will be amazed at the creativeness that the Cricut unlocks as you craft 4 cards, some with matching envelopes, and finished off with bling and mini letter stickers.

Requirements: a basic scrapbooking tool kit, a Cricut Expressions Machine & mat, Wild Card Cartridge, A Child’s Year Cartridge, Stamping Solutions Cartridge (ONLY IF YOU HAVE THEM)

Stitching, pearls and stickers combine to create 2 girly single layouts in perfect pink and aqua tones.  Basic Grey Element Stickers are layered up to create cool dimension and of course some great punched lace boarders.  This is a repeat of a popular class from August.

Photo requirements: 2 5x7 photo (portrait orientation)

 

Just Lime Rickey

Tuesday 20 Oct 10.00am

This bold color combination is bright and stunning and perfect for a masculine layout.  These 2 single layouts feature die cuts from the new Circuit Cartridge “A Childs Year”, bright papers from Basic Grey and coordinating brads.  Add a punched boarder and the layouts zing!!

Photo requirements: 2 5x7 photos (1 portrait and 1 landscape orientation)
